Leggings include 1/4 (6 mm) seam allowances.

Dress has round neckline, front and back gathered to yoke, gathered cap sleeves, ruffle at bottom edge, and center back button closure. Leggings have elastic at waist and decorative bows. Hat is gathered to a contrast knit band with ruffle, has decorative bow on band, and loop at top.
