Designed for soft lightweight woven fabrics. Suggested Fabrics: Cotton types, lawn, batiste, georgette, or gauze.

Pullover halter style top has six overlapping ruffles on front, and elastic in casing at top edge of back. Neckline and armholes are finished with bias cut bindings that extend, forming ties that tie at back neck. Three ruffles are from contrast fabric. Pull-on skirt has four overlapping ruffles and elastic in casing at waist. Bottom edges of ruffles are finished with narrow rolled hems.
