Suggested Fabrics:Silk, silk like fabrics, challis, cotton, gauze, or linen. View B contrast waistband designed for stretch knits with at least 50% stretch such as cotton Lycra®.

View A is gathered to a piece of wide elastic and has side seam pockets. View B has three overlapping ruffles and wide fold-down waistband. Waistband and panels under ruffles are from contrast stretch knits. Bottom edges of ruffles are finished with narrow hems.
