OLFA 45mm Quick Change Rotary Cutter

Easy blade change rotary cutter.  Simply release the blade by sliding a
locking mechanism on the back of the handle.  No more washer and no
assembly.  Innovative split blade cover takes the effort out of switching
from right to left-hand.  Anti-slip, rubberized grips on both sides of the
contoured handle provide secure, comfortable handling.  Cuts up to 6
layers of fabric.  Includes RB45 blade.  Fits RB45 blade.
