HancockFabrics.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. HancockFabrics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
All orders must be paid in U.S. denomination and must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, HancockFabrics.com will notify you via email with the status of your order.
Sale Price Match Policy
HancockFabrics.com has a 7 day sale price match policy. If you place an order, see a lower price up to 7 days after you placed the order, on the same item; we will match the sale price. Some exclusions may apply. We do not match competitor pricing online.

Licensed fabric and product is for individual consumption only and is not intended for resale.
Online Product in the Stores
Most of the fabric items on HancockFabrics.com are available in our retail stores. Please visit our store locator and call the store nearest you to verify availability, as selection may vary. Many of our notions and craft items are not currently available in store.
Special Cutting Instructions
In most cases, HancockFabrics.com provides a full piece of fabric so that each customer can cut to their own specifications. The yardage on a bolt of fabric ranges from 5-30 yards depending upon type of fabric, therefore some customers may receive multiple pieces. HancockFabrics.com cannot provide additional fabric cuts; fabric that is cut by the customer is not returnable. Please visit your local store if you need cutting assistance.

Due to the volume of requests we cannot provide free samples of our fabrics to customers.
