Cuts strips of fabric or paper from 3/8" to 2 3/4". An adjustable guide bar can be moved to determine the cut width. Cutting is accomplished by the pressure between the blade and the roller underneath. The machine comes with a polarized plug/foot pedal combination. A flat head screw driver and a Phillips head screw driver are required to replace blades and tighten pressure for cutting.
