Average Review:   Number of reviews: 3   A reviewer from Covington, LA finishing While Tung Oil will seal the wood there are wipe on alternatives that will protect better and fume less. A couple of coats of Zar brand (United Gilsonite Labs) wipe on bar top finish will protect from warping and hold up to water and alcohol. Sand lightly with 150-200 grit sand paper and tac rag before applying first coat. Use 0000 steel wool and tac rag between coats.   A reviewer from Houston, TX Easy to use. Great Item!! The online produce review does not include statement theat wood pieces will need a finish applied. There are 16 wood pieces that will need finishing. The assembly instructions state, " To seal the wood, we reccommend an application of tung oil that will help preseve the wood and will help to prevent warping". There is a one year limited warrenty on this product. Most consumeres know that if you do not follow a manufactures reccomendations the warrenty is null and void. You will need extra space with good ventalation.
